Tengbom Architects designed the affordable student unit, which is also environmental-friendly and smart both in choice of materials and terms of design.

Tengbom made the idea of student flat with the University of Lund.

To successfully build affordable and well-designed　student housing requires innovative thinking and new solutions. This truly compact-living flat still offers a comfortable sleeping-loft, kitchen, bathroom and a small garden with a patio.

In 2014, 22 units will be built and ready to move into by students.
